April 10th, 2010

Welcome to our Alter and Rosary report. We are combining the April - May meetings. The April meeting was decorated with an Easter theme, with Easter baskets as centerpieces. Hosted by band number 2. Recitation of the rosary was led by Theresa T. followed by reports from the treasurer, secretary, and other committees.

Salad supper tickets were given to be sold to all members attending, the rest will be sent to members. The salad supper was May 11th.

The Easter vigil reception for the new RCIA candidates was successful and attended well.

Renovation of the kitchen is pretty much on track. A discussion was held weather to keep our old plates and silverware, or buy new.

Rosary brochures to be printed up with Altar and Rosary labels on them were assigned to Melody T. a report to be given next meeting.
